I went in for a drug screen for my job and was seen within the hr and since it was my first time being seen by them they were very patient and helpful to me checking in and the staff member that helped me with the drug screen was soooo nice and explained everything she was doing so I could understand the process. GREAT STAFF higher more like them keep up the good work... Would Recommend!

Very nice staff. Check in was quick. Takes very good care of your needs. Also ready to assist with your needs. I thought I needed a tetanus shot but the nurse had checked and I had it 3 years ago. Very impressed. The nurse was very friendly and the doctor very helpful. Made me feel at ease. Told me what to look for since I stabbed my finger with metal. Very happy with this urgent care. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I am not a fan of online scheduling it is misleading. If you let me know in advance that it is just a placeholder. I’m ok with that. Not an appointment scheduled. It orovides a negative start. All in all the staff, techs, billers and especially Dr. Pritchett made up got everything. !!!

Went in for my follow up appointment at 11:00 am and didn't see the doctor until 2 pm wait time was horrible only to see the doctor 15 mins. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

I went to urgent care after having the flu for 9 days. I told the doctor I had asthma. I also told the doctor I was starting to feel better 3 days before then breathing got worse. I received chest X-ray (clear) nebulizer tx, shot of dexamethasone. I thought I needed antibiotics. Doctor said no. After 3 1/2 hour wait I left with prescription for prednisone. I did NOT get any better. After 2 more days of suffering I called my doctor on vacation. She called in antibiotics-felt better within 24 hours! Breathing better, energy coming back. Urgent care complete waste of time, money and energy. I don’t know if I can ever trust your office again.

Waited over 4hrs to be see even with an appointment. No follow up or status updates.

We have a sick household and didn’t hesitate to know where we were headed to find care. Ventura Urgent Care always goes above and beyond when it comes to the friendly check in staff. To when we are called back, staff has amazing bed side manners. Very gentle and caring when treating our five year old son. Truly wonderful experiences with our healthcare when we are in need. Thank you to all.

Wait time 3 hours in room with caughing patients  Pa spent 2 minutes with me

making an appt was easy, and got into exam room quickly. However, I then had a very long wait to see the physician. Still, I was happy to get in, and got the prescription I needed.
