Scheduling was super easy and they had time to fit me in when it was an emergency. Check in was easy and over the phone. But what I have to complement the most was the staff. Every single one of the women who helped me were kind, understanding, and funny which made the whole ordeal much more manageable and not as traumatic as I thought it would be. If they get to see this, hey girls you did amazing! Everyone was so great and honestly I am so happy I went to them ❤️

I’ve been dealing with a cough for about two weeks. Booked my appt this morning and got in at 930am. The doc seen me and listened to my concerns, and addressed any issues I had. In and out super quick! Great staffing and great service.

I join the Weight Loss Program and i was pleased with the Doctors explanation of how it works. I was in and out in less that 30 minutes.

Went in with what I believe to be a parasitic infection of some kind-possibly more than one kind. The doctor came in OBVIOUSLY  with a pre-diagnosis in mind…I’m crazy and scratching/picking my skin because I am either neurotic, bored or going thru some sort of midlife crisis. As I tried to explain myself, he continuously interrupted me with curt personal questions such as…”where or IF I work?” “What do I do with my free time?” Implying my condition is a mental/personal issue and told me to stop picking my skin. When I told him things are coming OUT of my skin he said show me as if I needed to prove that I even needed the $125.00 visit to begin with. Prescribed me Prednisone which I DO NOT LIKE OR TAKE, prednisone cream which I will not apply to my skin and force fed me a prednisone injection-which did help the swelling and itching, but never discovered the ROOT OF MY PROBLEM. Told me to relax and come back next week to pay ANOTHER $125.00 for shits & giggles. Because he never had ANY intention of addressing my initial claim of parasitic/dirt related infection. Meanwhile I still have worm-like creatures exiting my body thru my feet, hands, face, all over my body. I will be taking my “proof” to the clinic today but WILL NOT be paying for another visit. This was hands down the WORST DOCTOR VISIT and I still feel awful! NO WAY DO I RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR ANYTHING, except judging, stereotyping and dismissing me. Making me second guess myself and prescribing me(calling it into my pharmacy) medicines I will not use! I would’ve cried had I not been so angry and dejected. This man needs to jump down from his high horse and do the job he gets paid to do-help people understand/figure out what is ailing them. I have recommended Veritas in the past but will not in the future! And I RARELY write reviews.

Easy to schedule appt online. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Friendly staff. Dr Hatemi was knowledgeable and demonstrated genuine concern. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was addressed.

I had a sore throat that was incredibly painful and caused me to loose about 2 days of sleep because of how painful it was. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.  The Doctor was one of the kindest, most gentle doctor I’ve had in my life. His empathy for my condition made me feel like I was part of his own family. The same goes for the check-in lady at the front desk. Kind and loving.  Feeling a ton better after the doctor prescribed some anti-biotics for my sore throat.

Wrestled with some SC poison ivy and lost. In great pain and the itching was terrible. I was the first person in and was seen right away even though my appointment wasn't for another 45 minutes. Staff was very friendly and professional. Received a double dose shot of steroids, and help with finding a pharmacy (I'm from Virginia). Overall - a super visit that eased my discomfort immediately! Thanks!
