Walked in with my granddaughter needing urgent care for a severe cut. Loosing a lot of blood they told us to fill out papers, we turned them in, then they sent a text with many questions to verify before treatment AND wanted payment before she was even seen. There was only one other couple a head of us in the waiting area, and after waiting over 20 minutes she was still bleeding badly, and were told we weren’t registered yet so we left and drove to the hospital. No urgent care was given!!

I went in to get a copy of my receipt from a previous visit. I was never given one and needed it for my insurance. Although my experience with the doctor and his nurse at my visit was excellent (the male nurse was exceptional!), the receptionist was mean and not willing to help. I had even called ahead and was told to stop in. She was combative and rude.

If you need a urine sample done, find somewhere else!!!! Apparently they were out of sample cups. Or they didn’t know how to Bill for it. Or there’s an hour wait and it’s 9:20pm, and they close at 11pm. Excuse bucket is full there. Front staff MA super rude. But it sure looked pretty in the lobby, so there’s that.

Stay away. Go to a real emergency room or physician. The service is digracefull and unknowledgeable. Not only are they rude I was misdiagnosed and prescribed improper medications. Spend the extra time for quality care somewhere else! anywhere else! The real physicians I had turned to were appalled by my care there.

I was there, 2-13-20 at 9:30 pm. Had a horrible case of strep throat. I loved they gave me my first dose of antibiotics, so I was able to go home, and sleep. Fill my prescription, following day.

On 1/26/20 I took my mother to Village Health Family & UC for her foot because she thought she broke it. They took x-rays and determined that it was not broken or fractured and told her to apply heat to her sprained/bruised foot. 3 days later she went to see her doctor in the same building, Michigan Orthopedic And Spinal Surgery, and it was determined that her foot was indeed fractured and she was instructed to apply ice. Hmmmm .... what's wrong with this quality of care. You also have to wonder why the radiologist didn't see the fracture even if the doctor missed it??? We would definitely would not recommend this facility.

Rude rude rude front desk staff! Multiple past billing issues and you wait forever no matter how busy or slow they are!
