I had a great appointment. But i was prescribed something but the pharmacy has Qs and hasnt been able to reach the doctor. I dont have any way of contacting the provider i spoke to ask follow up Qs or get the info I need so I can get my prescription. Please help

Scheduling window was full on the day when I need a consultation. I was advised to check in 10 minutes before the appointment time so I checked in 10 minutes earlier, but I was kept on hold about 10 minutes until a nurse came up. The doctor prescription medications,  but I cannot look at what medication the doctor prescribed on this app. It would be much more useful if I can follow up the visit on this app.
