Great office, friendly efficient staff

BEWARE! This company is a money making machine that SCAMS patients. They DO NOT operate like a med facility. They use medical coding that will result in THEM making the most money and will bill you over a year later for copays that you have already paid in office. You read that right! They scam patients by double billing, knowing you'd rather pay than to have it show up on your credit report. I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone. The admin staff is nice. But the doctors are out of touch many with poor bedside manner. You're better off driving to the city for care. It will cost you half in the long run.

This place has 'urgent care' in their title, which I am always leery of because some times urgent care facilities get really sensitive about insurances. So, before going here, I confirmed with my insurance (United Healthcare) and with Vista that they accept my insurance - as an urgent care facility. Both confirmed. The PA addressed my issue - great. Unfortunately, this place has the worst billing process - or lack thereof. They decided NOT to file a claim with United Healthcare, instead they kept sending me bills to pay out of pocket (over $200). I denied again because my insurance covered it - Vista just needed to do their job and bill the insurance co. I talked to my insurance three times and they contacted Vista (while I was on hold) asking them, begging them to bill United Healthcare. Well, there's a 90day limit to file a claim. After that, too bad. So, Vista never filed a claim instead expecting me to pay out of pocket. I didn't pay - so they sent me to collections. I refuse to be responsible for Vista's incompetence and laziness. Do your job - and bill the insurance company. Instead of just billing the insurance company, they decided to spend their time and effort on sending me multiple statements and reporting me to collections. Then, they sent me a note saying I am never allowed in their facility. First of all - I will never go there again... And, second - aren't they in the business of healing/ helping people? To tell patients to go away because Vista can't figure out how their billing process - is a total joke!

I was with Vista Complete Care for almost 10 years and I attribute my current health problems to the lack of care they practice. It's basically Children and unpaid trainee's in charge and all alone in their medical decisions at Vista Complete Care and Dr Sewell can't be reached or consulted. I would ask about things on tests and films and I was told "That's normal" I found out the hard way that it wasn't. I'm now disabled when 10 years ago I thought I found a great Doctor.
