Very easy to make an appointment and was seen pretty quickly. The reception was friendly, and the intro nurse was great. The walls of the examining rooms are bare and cold, nothing on them. The practitioner that saw us never introduced herself or stated what her position was (NP, PA, doctor) which I highly recommend. My daughter had ended up having RSV, but she had very little feedback for treatment. Highly recommend decorating better and improving the quality of introduction and response.

Dr. Rashid was very patient and explained in detail what I needed to know.  He was also very helpful with my BCBS related questions re medication coverage.

Waited an hour past our appointment time to see a doctor for 30 seconds. We were sent to the ER for wound clean and oral antibiotics… which could have been done in office.

I went without an appointment, was greeted immediately and was able to see a doctor quickly.  They listened to my concerns, performed and quick rest and diagnosed my issue.  I have always had great care at Vista.

Had a dry cough for days and I was also wheezing. I did a walk-in, so I did have to wait for a bit. Nonetheless, with three staff members working were able to be very efficient. They ran tests, did an x ray, and while I waited for the results they gave me a nebulizer to alleviate my symptoms. Then the doctor came in prescribed me medication. And I was on my way. I appreciate the thoroughness.

I made an appointment online for 7am and picked Vista because they opened the earliest. When I got there at 7, I was informed that the doctor wouldn’t be in till 8:30 and I could change my appointment to later or wait in a room. I had been vomiting every 1-2 hours all night and hasn’t slept, so it was extra distressing to have to wait a lot longer. The care was good.

Scheduling was easy be we waited more than 2 hours. Staff never came in and checked on my mom. It felt like a waste of time.

2+ hour wait to execute simple tests and I'm pretty sure I got sick from the office after brining my kid there

I had to return early from my vacation overseas since I developed a severe stomach issue.  Instead of going to the labor-intensive and time-consuming hospital Er - I went to Vista Medical ctr and the doctor was able to check me, take time to explain my condition and prescribe medication for me. All in a matter of 30 mins. I’m now feeling much better.
