I was able to book a same-day appointment very easily. I arrived before my scheduled check-in time, but since it was busy, I didn’t leave the waiting room for 30-40 minutes. I ended up getting tested for strep, covid, flu, and pneumonia. It’s nice to be able to get all that done in one place, but in all it took 3 full hours from the time I arrived until I left. Convenient if you have the time to wait. The doctor could’ve explained things more and never asked if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, I’m grateful for the care I received but just wish it hadn’t taken so long.

I was in and out of their office quickly and everyone was very nice! A prescription was sent for me to CVS, but it’s the wrong one so I am still waiting for the correct one to be filled so that I can pick it up I have been to this office multiple times and this is the first time this happened so it’s definitely the outlier situation

Everyone we interacted with was super helpful, engaged and supportive, which minimized check in and wait time.  The medical care received was amazing and comforting.

My wife fell and hurt her knee. Needed X-rays. First office I scheduled her for called and said that they could not do X-rays and suggested another office. Transferred the appointment to the new office and when I got there they could not do X-rays either and sent us to the hospital. Just wasted our time and delayed getting my wife treatment. Currently I’m not impressed.

My daughter has an infected ingrown toenail. We were able to be seen right away, and got compassionate and thorough care

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had . Staff were rude , dismissive and didn’t seem to have any idea what they were doing . I’d like someone to contact me regarding this visit . Do NOT recommend at all.

Out of town and needed a doc. Excellent experience. Very easy to schedule. Was seen almost immediately. Staff very friendly. Facility was clean. Would definitely use them again.

I had an 8:45 appointment. When I got there, there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I was eventually taken into a room. At 9:40 I came back out to see if they’d forgotten me. How could it have possibly taken that long with at most 2 patients before me if one was already in a room when I got there?  Doubt I’d come back.

I went there in an urgent follow-up situation from another hospital, and was very pleased to find that the total package of care from beginning to end was quite excellent. I would highly recommend this provider.
