The bedside manner of the provider was less than adequate. I was trying to tell him my symptoms, but felt shrugged off. I ended up getting an xray, which was negative. The provider gave me the results then told me to go home. I had to ask several questions about what to do for my injury, which I felt like he should have told me without any prompting. Overall, I was disappointed and will not be returning to this urgent care.

Took a covid test today bc I had symptoms that were pretty bad and it was positive. Gave a call to the clinic, they were so accommodating and told me to come on over. Wait time was not long, Dr was nice and prescribed anti viral drugs and an inhaler. The nurse working the eldest was so sweet and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

The medical person who treated my little kid was extremely rude and disrespectful. I forgot his name but he is a short heavy set guy with red hair. He is very terrible! He needs training with kids. He was not penitent with kids. Even the doctor was low energy!
