Compassionate and thoughtful care by a truly top-notch staff. Our wait time was long, but everyone kept their composure and was extremely helpful. I trust them with my children’s health care, and appreciate having the option of taking them there for care when the pediatrician’s office is unavailable. Everyone was incredibly friendly and respectful.

It was great but disappointed to learn the COVID tests were batched with all the hospitalized patients. It took a lot longer than other urgent cares. My daughter had to miss 2 days of school waiting for test results. The school kept calling because they needed results. I’ll go else where and I’ll let the school know that too.

The physician was very nice and kind but the nurse was rude and over shared her personal opinion.

This was our first time visiting PM Pediatrics. I was very impressed at the friendliness of the staff - they were exceptional. They cared for my baby very tenderly. There was not a long wait and the doctor checked in on us multiple times. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love PM pediatrics! I am always able to quickly get an appointment when our pediatrician cannot see us. They are very friendly, efficient and fast.

The wait time is horrible. Booked an appointment at 3 pm and had to wait for 2 hours before someone could see us. Liked the facility prior to merger with WakeMed.

After reaching , I scanned the QR code to sign in and logged in and I came out after 2 hours . The person who literally showed up after me ( not online signed in as she told the front desk that she is just walking in ) and they were called before me . Also few others (2 of them) . I am not sure if it was missed or technical issue but don’t want this happen to anyone in the future. I am not satisfied and completely disappointed. Also your policy to pay the deductible (175$) though my insurance clearly says to pay only 40$ to urgent care is not acceptable . You guys owe me 135 $ still I haven’t received it yet for my last visit (July 16).

Worst place. I went to get acovid test for my nephew. The receptionist/ lady who took the test shoved the mom and the kids a room with no air and cooling. Handled my nephew so roughly that he bled through the nose during covid test She offered no apology on top of that she said it was the child who was troubling her a lot. My nephew is 17 months old.I'm absolutely livid with this horrible experience. Absolutely would never recommend anyone.

Very easy to schedule online. The clinic was clean and everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable!
