I was very disappointed after loading up three kids and driving to the Walgreens...walk-in clinic on Wednesday, Nov 28, 2018 only to learn that we were welcome to schedule an appointment for Thursday, November 29, 2018. The clinic was scheduled to close at 7:30pm and we arrived at 5:40pm. Upon arriving I attempted to sign my grandson in 3 separate times, only to learn that unless he was to be seen for a flu shot or a list of other vaccinations, there were no appointments available until the following day. This completely changes my interpretation of a "walk-in clinic". If scheduling an appointment for following day appointments is what is provided with this service, how does this differ from simply calling your own family doctor to schedule an appointment for the following day. I may have been able to accept this had we arrived close to closing time, or had there been a waiting area packed with people. However, we arrived 90 minutes before their scheduled closing time and there was one person seated in the waiting area.
