We came back for X-ray on right  angle. The tech never got back to us with results. He told my son he didn’t need a wheel chair without even knowing his history or diagnosis.  My son has had 6 surgeries on his left foot. He can’t walk without being in pain. His wheel chair was given to him by orthopedic specialist. We didn’t bring his chair because our car was in the shop and the loaner couldn’t fit a wheel chair.

I was dealing with a UTI and loved the convenience as well as how easy it was to schedule a virtual appointment. The only problem I had was that I scheduled my appointment for 1:30pm and after waiting for 30+ minutes I called the main number and was told the nurse was on lunch. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and made sure to follow up with me once he had a better idea of when I should be expect the nurse to be available. Going forward, if the staff is taking lunch during certain times, appointments shouldn’t be offered during that time because I waited an hour from the time I originally selected. Aside from that it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with MD Walkin Clinic,] through the telehealth service. During my first appointment, I waited for over 30 minutes. When she finally joined the call, she said my name twice and then abruptly ended the visit, even though I could still hear her. Despite this, I decided to give it another try and rebooked an appointment. This time, I waited for over an hour. When I called the office to inform them that I was still waiting, I was told that Dr. claimed to have responded to me twice already and did not have time to see me virtually that day. In total, I spent over three hours attempting to see a doctor, only to receive zero medical care. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for a patient’s time is unacceptable. I would not recommend Walkin MD to anyone seeking reliable and attentive medical care.

Woke up this morning and I was immediately in a video chat then sent for my tests and X-ray. Staff is amazing. Very clean environment inside!! I would recommend this place!!
