OMG! Kayla(MA) was the Best! Very friendly and helpful and professional and friendly and private! Instead of asking why I’m there in front of others she had me to write it down! And my insurance copayments were wrong! She took her time to call to help me! Thank God! ANGELA (CNP) came right in and identified the problem, prescribe my meds! And ask me to let her know how I was doing afterwards!!!! I have been in Medina county for 25 years and have NEVER BEEN Treated WITH SO MUCH RESPECT!!! I Thank God that I went there! Better than my primary care doctor! I will go here before I made an appointment with my own Doctor!!! Thank you ladies SO MUCH!!!!!!

The incompetent nurse practitioner who saw my son this morning said he didn't have a double ear infection. Took him to his regular doctor and found out he has a double ear infection. That “nurse practitioner” should resign from this line of work and go into another profession. Clearly, she is unqualified to do this job. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I’d rather go to the ER or drive 10 miles away to get care than ever go to this place again.

Goodness!!! The swelling is already subsiding! Appreciate and am grateful for the choice outcome for my health at the time of my short short visit- simple! Go figure!

I think that the providers are amazing workers and they hard working people.

Staff was above and beyond professional and knowledgeable especially dealing with being the only center in Medina county administering rapid testing. Thankful for them as it was a 5 day wait everywhere else which is pathetic.

I’m NEVER sick! I tried to tough out my “chest & head cold”,,,, I gave in and went to a place I DRED,,,, the local Urgent Care... My pre conceived notions were Long wait times, screaming sick kids, and overall a dreadful time consuming experience. I experienced NONE of this at the Brunswick location. The staff had me fill out the forms and by the time it was completed, I was being called back. Tia the NP on duty was clear & concise about my condition. She made some recommendations and I was on my way! I spent more time at the pharmacy than I did in the Urgent Care office! Thank you Ladies. I appreciate your professionalism! Chuck....

I had an Amazing experience. Tia and Chasity we're truly helpful and informative and above all KIND! I had pink eye which I never had in my 47 years on this planet Only after Tia explored and asked a bunch of questions. She was able to figure out I had a sinus infection that never really went away from 2 months prior it caused me to have a bacterial sinus infection which caused my pink eye. Since my vissit I have never felt better when it comes to my sinuses. Thank you so much Tia and Chasity
