The staff made the experience a very easy process. Would recommend to anyone needing the COVID-19 test. Results were available in 30 minutes. Thanks for the professional service.

The staff was extremely friendly. I had called and talked to Tasha twice and both times she was so kind and considerate. While at the Urgent Care we saw Tasha and again the nicest person who definitely makes you feel at ease. Upon leaving we spoke to Erika, who also was very kind and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this Urgent Care when needed, Thank you for a positive experience!

No stars. Macy at front desk extremely rude. Patient came in stating she had a positive COVID-19 test the day before and was bringing her daughter in for testing. The staff let her wait in the waiting room, while other patients were inside.

Had to get a covid test for school. The staff was very rude, Blonde woman at front desk Macy was very disrespectful. Complained about me and the other students right in front of me. While in the waiting room there was another patient that said she had tested positive yesterday and was there to get her daughter tested. She was allowed to stand there and fill out paperwork. No cleaning was done after she left. Had to wait in my car for 2 hours before being called to go in. Then was placed in a chair where other patients could see me. No hand hygiene was preformed before test, no gloves, and mask was pulled down under her nose. Staff were eating not even 5 feet away from where I was being tested. They were discussing other patients first and last names. Everyone else in my group had similar experiences. Would only come back if forced by the school.

After trying unsuccessfully to see my primary doctor for wheezing I walked into Urgent Care on a Saturday morning and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. They were busy but my wait time was reasonable. After listening to my wheezing he knew exactly what to do and my wheezing was minimal when I left. I would not hesitate to return for any issue. Thank you very much Urgent Care staff!!

I was at the clinic on Saturday 9/21/19. When I walked into the clinic I noticed how clean it was and Samantha the MA at the front desk welcomed me with such a warm smile. It was such a great first impression of the clinic. When Alyssa called me back she was so polite She took my vitals and intake evolution, she explained everything she was doing and gave me the results of my vital signs. Then Alyssa took me into the examination room, it was only moments before the Provide Elisa came in, I explained my systems and Elisa examined me. She then gave me my diagnosis and in doing so she was very informative in explaining the diagnosis, the process of the condition and the treatment. This was my first patient visit and I must say despite the situation that brought me to the clinic, It was a comforting and pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend the Marion Walk in Urgent Care. The facility was clean and the staff was amazing. Thank you; Sam, Alyssa and Elisa

The staff was great and fully attentive to my needs. Dr. Reid was thorough and made sure my injury hadn't caused any extensive problems beyond the obvious. Everyone was friendly and compassionate. They were able to take care of my injury on site when I had first wondered if it needed to be tended to by the hospital emergency dept. Very, very competent staff. They did a nice job of keeping me at ease. That is so important to a patient! The cost was much less than I had initially expected, as opposed to what likely would have if I had made a trip to the hospital emergency room would have cost. A big shout out to Dr. Reid, Bethany, Samantha, and Alyssa. I hate tetanus shots and had to get one. I usually have a lot of discomfort when they are administered to me, but I hardly felt the shot and have very little discomfort so far with it. God bless!!!

I had the best experience with urgent care last night! Bethany was polite and helpful, also gave my kiddos stickers and she was very welcoming. Don has been friendly every time I have came and makes you feel very comfortable. Always makes me laugh! Andrisha was very comforting and gentle when giving me shots, which I don't take well, and checked up on me repeatedly until I left the building. And of course Traci who worked with me on what I thought was a double ear infection and instead of just giving me more medicine and sending me home, took time and actually cared about my symptoms. Also very friendly with my children, and very professional! Thank you all so much, I've never had such care from urgent care and would recommend you all to anyone !
