ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! went in for a STREP test. And the doctor REFUSED to swab me!!! She told ME to SWAB MYSELF if I don't want a covid test. I already know it wasn't covid. I took 2 at home tests!!! She was VERY RUDE. Refused all other services. I went to NORTH WESTERN up the road. And they were Amazing!!!! DO NO GO TO WALMART CLINIC. I would give 0 stars if I could. I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE TO FLIE A COMPLAINT. THEY SAID THEY REPRIMANDED HER, I LATER CHECKED. THEY DID NOT!!!!! the whole PRACTICE IS A JOKE

Due to Covid regulations I find it a little rediculous. I needed to be seen and as soon as I said allergies the Dr. I saw that day was very rude and said I needed a Covid Test to rule that out totally ignored my ONE NON COVID SYMPTOM. So I went to NorthWestern and staff were AMAZING they said I have something viral that is allergy related that will clear up soon I had NO symptoms of Covid and they said a test was NOT needed. I knew it!!! I understand the rules are different here but that doesn't give this Dr. a right to laugh and say we don't talk about allergies until a Covid Test has been done. I should have not paid a Co Pay to be told I need a "Covid Test" If you can save yourself the trouble and go to a place that cares for patients then I would highly recommend you do! Again I DO NOT have Covid and not every symptom is COVID. And if you are taking precautions that's fine but done laugh and tell me allergies don't exist. THANK YOU NORTH WESTERN! ♥️ For THE AMAZING HELP THIS PLACE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO!
