Had some unusual back pain and wanted to see if there was anything dangerous going on inside. Took x rays. Nothing critical was found so far — still waiting for reading of the second set ——

Today, at the beginning of my appointment, the nurse confirmed my 3 drug allergies, reading them from my chart. After I saw the practitioner and left, I received a call from the pharmacy, the clinic had called in a drug that I am allergic to. I called the clinic to get this resolved, and spoke with the practitioner. He told me that there was only one allergy on file.. unless the nurse is a mind reader, this statement was a lie. It is bothersome that instead of apologizing, the practitioner felt that he needed to lie to cover up his mistake.

They offered no medical care.  If my insurance gets billed I will turn it in for insurance fraud. Y’all were borderline malpractice tonight.  Totally pathetic.

Called at 9am for an appt, know my son had pink eye. All options around 11am were available, took 11am appt. Showed up at 10:50. App said 2nd in line. Proceeded to hear 4 names called ahead of me. Waited over 1 hour to be called back. Waited another 40 minutes in the room for the nurse practitioner. Was pink eye. Easy to see and diagnose, I just needed an antibiotic prescribed. Nurse was in less than 2 min. Nearly two hours for a 60 second diagnosis. Sure it was triage issues but was still very frustrating. I have experienced things like this at this urgent care before and it is the main reason I am not using them as my primary care provider. Staff was very friendly.
