The wait time was a little long, but given it's sick season it's not too surprising. Everything else was great and all the staff were very nice!

Was in Fayetteville visiting family and became ill.  Needed to get evaluated ASAPO.  My insurance plan from my home state gave me 5 options.  Luckily, I ended up at Washington Regional Urgent Care, Crossover!  Everyone I had interactions was outstanding in their roles….so caring and so friendly.  No one wants to get sick, but I now know a great place to go if I ever need the services of an urgent care while in the Fayetteville area.

I saw a female provider who was attentive to my condition and explained why she was prescribing certain meds. The medical assistant was also kind and helpful. The wait time was pretty long, but that is to be expected during evenings and flu season.
