Great place. I go in weekly for allergy shots. Always treated like a person not a number. The few times I've gone in for something else, the wait has always been less than 15 minutes. I love I can schedule ahead!

I scheduled online with ease, but unknown to anyone at the time, systems were down. Nonetheless, when I arrived, I was quickly checked in, evaluated, and staff were all kind and listened to my concerns. I was treated with utmost care. All while they were dealing with the roadblocks of having a system failure. I was very impressed.

I spent four hours waiting; sat in the check-up room for so long, the automatic light turned off. After waiting so long, someone finally came in to say they couldn't even help me and that I should've gone to the ER in the first place. Had I been told this before waiting for four hours, I wouldn't be annoyed, but the lack of communication between everyone in this building is horrific.
