At 1:30 today I called the Well Key on Clinton Hwy because my husband had Covid symptoms and his dr is booked up. I listened to the recording that said no appointment needed for COVID testing so we went on over. I went in. The receptionist was a bit snappy and told me to put his info in the touchscreen and we would get a text to fill out his paperwork. She said the wait was 3 hours and that we could wait at home and they would send a text. I received a text that his estimated time to be seen was 5:49. I clicked on the link in the text I received and completed the registration. I then received a text saying we would receive a text when it was 25 minutes before his turn. We went home and returned at 5:45 even though we hadn’t received a text. The same lady was at reception and told me that she wasn’t sure why but that he wasn’t checked in. She checked him in and told me we could wait in the car. I ask how long it would be and she said another 3 hours. Very nicely, I explained that we checked in at 2. She said no, the system doesn’t really work and I just checked you in. She said we had to wait. I explained that I knew it wasn’t her fault but a system issue but that those in charge needed to know about it. She gave me her supervisors name and phone number. I tried to call the number but it’s “not in service.” I then called the number listed online for this office. I waited on hold for over 55 minutes. When I was next in queue, it discovered me. I realize we are in a worldwide pandemic but their system and customer service are horrid. I will not ever give them my business again and will share my story.

Booked online and check in was easy. I had to wait in the car until called. Staff is friendly and showed concern.

Had to get a tetanus shot from stepping on a dirty nail. Everyone was very nice from front to back. Nurse gave me shot and I didn’t even feel it. Made an appointment online and pre registered. In and out in less than an hour! Doctor was professional and knowledgeable. Very nice. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

The service was fast, the staff was helpful and respectful. Would recommend to anyone!

Waited too long other people got sent first when I was there longer . waiting in the car for a text may be safer but customer service is lacking. The covid stay in your car and wait for a text is lame and distant.
