Was a complete waste of time the NP had no intrest in my input as to what has helped in the past. NP was not open minded and or very mature. Have lived in 7 different states and this is the worst clinic ever been to.

Went there due to back pain after lifting a box at home. Explained that this injury happened about 2 hours before arrival to clinic. Told the attending nurse up front that I have had back problems on and off for 15 years. Informed her of all the mri done as well as trying everything pain managment had done such as cutting and nerves in my back along with shots and epiderals. Provided all things done since 2005 and also told her I can provide documentation if needed. Again, told her I had been doing pretty good until this morning as i lifted box and suffered back injury.The whole time I am telling her my back history she keeps looking at me as if I am being untruthful. She offered steriods or muscle relaxer however i told her I have tried them and the best med that helps is narcotic pain pill and if she could provide 2 or 3 days of pain med it would really help, she then twisted her face at me and made me feel as if I did something wrong. She wanted to hear no more about it and no longer cared about my back as she pretty much got up and left the room. So I say this to the very young nurse....everyone is not a drug seeker nor a addict. As for me Iam a 59 year old retired military man with a college degree and got treated like a teenager asking for pills to get high. She used zero discretion and formed a negative opinion of me. Nurses are really bad this day and time only in it for the money and dont care about people. I would not advise anyone to go to this place as its the worst I ever went to.

Other than some technical difficulties with the app when attempting to check-in I was very happy with the care I received. The NP that treated me was very thorough and genuinely cared.

Every person I encountered was professional and kind. Very clean and new facility and everyone wore masks.

Everything was perfect! Will visit again when needed !

The medical assistant seems competent but not very friendly. I tried several times to engage her in conversation. I also had to ask her to speak clearer. The NP was excellent.

Kelly Peter's has the best bedside manner I have ever encountered! She was so sweet and caring with my daughter!!! We will definatelty be back Thank you so much!
