Just ONE complaint. Went with COVID/Flu like symptoms after having surgery a few days ago. Fast Sing In system btw New App is great easy to use, fast and convenient. Friendly receptionist and medical assistant who took notes and vitals. No Doctor working just Nurse Practitioners. Our NP wasn’t friendly, caring or respectful. She was cocky, cold and disconnected. Didn’t read notes from MA or did a deep physical exam. She was rushing and seemed bothered by her job. Perhaps she is in the Wrong field.   Rest of personnel was polite, caring etc

Had to wait an hour even though i had an appointment, but it is cold & flu season.

I waited over 2 hours very sick. Had to ask numerous times on when we were being seen & was not given even an estimated timeframe. The doctor met with me no longer than 10 minutes. It was practically torture being in that waiting room with high fever for that long. Would have gone else where if they were transparent with wait time.

Walked in first thing with a bad cough. Waited a little longer as expected being 1st patient through the door. But staff was courteous and professional. Got good treatment and thorough discussion of options. Satisfied with outcome. Especially pleased that able to get Xray to rule out more serious problem. I have visited here before and would certainly come back. Only issue is with appointments. I couldn't tell if an appointment got you a priority for being seen or only when there wasn't much of a wait anyway.

Clean friendly and professional

When I was walking to the front door of the clinic, I saw a sign that said register online using this QR code. I scanned the QR code and registered back at my car. I did not go in the lobby. After almost an hour and a half of watching the queue in the app I decided to go in the lobby and asked when I was going to be seen. I was told because she didn’t see me, I wasn’t on the list. I was them placed at the back of the list. It then took more than more hours to be seen.

Was there with my father. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with him. Overall experience was stress free and he got the medical attention he needed. Would definitely use this office again

Nice experience. Staff was very courteous and professional. The online check in was ok with no technical issues.

Booked an appointment online the night before and was able to get an appointment for 8:00am the next day. The staff is very pleasant and  helpful. The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice.
