I was seen on 5-28-2019 at the Colerain office in Ohio and had a wonderful experience. I signed an and gave my information to the lady at the front desk and filled out my paperwork and was called back within minutes by Brandon who was extremely pleasant and very professional and informative and caring and it was obvious how much he loves his job and has passionate he is and Dr. Dave Lenhof was in within minutes and he was also very pleasant and professional and caring and I was out feeling very comfortable and completely taken care of. 😁 I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOMETOWN URGENT CARE!! Thank you for my wonderful experience and treating Me quickly and so caring.

3 visits - 3 times I phoned ahead about taking an x ray - 3 times there was no one to take x rays - last visit, nurse began questioning about why I didn't go to hospital 1st, lecturing me on why I should've gone to the hospital instead, over & over. Dr was gruff & rude, no explanation for her diagnosis or clarification as to why the sharp nonstop pain I am having will not let up, even with high dosages of advil. I was given a pain shot that was supposed to work well in an hour and last thru next day. 8 hours later I have had no relief at all & the headache I was told could happen is a migraine that won't go away either. Not sure about survival if I cannot take more medicine for another 3 hours going by 6 hours between dosages.
