What patients are saying...

2.0

I am sorry I don't normally write reviews if they're not good. However I got bit by a dog went in there they didn't even clean my hand off with antiseptic soap. When the girl was ready to clean my finger off after the doctor gave me stitches it was all bloody she gets a little bit of water and I told her to put more water on that. Not even soap. Not even a splint to stop my finger from bending because the stitches were right on my knuckle. They gave me three stitches on the knuckle should have been four. I ended up putting a butterfly on it. And use an nail emery board to keep my finger straight and re-bandaged it. Not a good experience they need to clean up their act. This is in the Irondequoit Well Now Urgent Care. Again I'm sorry for the negative review but I'm just so annoyed that I didn't get proper care.
