Woke up with a sore throat and cough Tuesday morning. My PCP is in Lubbock and didn't want to take the time to drive up to see him. I knew the location on Yukon Toad had opened not long ago, so I thought I'd give it a try. Got in quickly, paperwork wasn't too bad. I was tested for strep and flu that both came back negative. Teresa was reluctant to prescribe anything at that point. I had some cough syrup at home which she said would be fine to use. She offered the send out swab but I declined since I'm on Medicare and was uncertain about the need for it. I was disappointed that I didn't receive an antibiotic, but understood since she didn't know my history with Upper Respiratory infections.

I cannot recommend this Urgent Care enough. They got me in and back into a room right away. The provider listened to everything I had to say with what I was experiencing and following her assessment, she went over the plan of care and allowed me to decide what next steps I wanted to proceed with. Every single person I encountered, starting with even the front desk, showed nothing but kindness to me and I cannot express enough how appreciative I am. I was in and out in a timely manner and the medical treatment that I received was exactly what I was looking for based on my symptoms. Thank you. I would recommend this provider.

Suffered en eye injury later in the day and went to your facility for the first time. I was very pleased with the quick check in and the rapid treatment that all of the doctors and staff offered me. I am so glad that I know that you accept my insurance as well and that my family now has a great place to go for us to go and receive treatment.
