I felt sick, booked an apt online for next day. I arrived and saw ppl waiting in cars they came up signed me in. They test outside and maintain it clean. The person who tested me was as gentle as she can be. Once it was done I had my test results within 24 hours. However, their time is listed as 48 hours so don’t always expect it. Wonderful staff, clean outside facilities.

Went in for an ear infection and they wanted me to take a Covid test (not that big of a deal) but made me wait outside for 30 minutes (90° weather) just to get my ID and insurance card back while sick. Staff was not very friendly.

I definitely didn't appreciate the wait time, my appointment was at 11:30 and I didn't see the doctor until 1:40. Otherwise the doctor was nice and the nurse who wrapped my arm was nice as well.

I had made an appointment online. When I arrived no nurse was around. I waited 20 min in the cold (34 degrees)for someone to come out and they never did. I called the number provided over And over again and no one would answer or they would pick up the phone and hang up. I even signed my name on the covid paper to see if that would help and it did not. I don’t see the point in booking an appointment if no one is around to assist you and allows a pregnant woman to stand in the cold and two not one but two employees walked out looked at me and walked right back in and wouldn’t stop when I tried to stop them.

Don’t book through this app! I made an appointment through Solv but it was never registered or confirmed with the office itself. Waited 2 hours to finally get my COVID test done after I was skipped over even though they had my ID and insurance card. I hope at the results will be done quickly.
