There is now an option at my urgent care to book an appointment time slot on line. I booked a 10 am appointment but was not called on until 10:45, while others waiting were called in.  What is the point of having a reserved time slot if you have to sit in the waiting room with everyone who walked in ?  This only leads to extreme frustration and disappointment.  Once I was called in, the care I received was good.

Everything was great, except for when I walked in the greeter was on her phone behind the counter and made me stand there and wait to check in for longer than two minutes. I finally walked past the sign that said wait here and up to the counter and said hello and then she put her phone down and checked me in

The delay was due to the number of people waiting.  The experience was very professional from signing in with the receptionist to the final conference with the Doctor (had a chest X-ray and waited for the results). The Doctor was thorough and explained everything to me.  The visit was excellent. I enthusiastically would recommend this provider.
