I have been to this urgent care with and without an appointment and it seems to not matter if you have one. I don’t mine if kids and more critically ill people go ahead of me; I just feel like it’s a bit of a waste? Dr. Luke is a gem and if I could rate him 1000/10 I would. He and Dr. Peters (who I’ve had at a different appointment) are the best. My nurse was really nice too.

The wait time at your facility is unconscionable! 2 weeks ago I waited for 2 and half hours . Today I waited 1 hr in the waiting room and another in the room itself. You might have to cut into your profit margin and hire additional staff. That or take the word urgent out of your service. Maybe call it “wait all day care.”

Sliced my finger open badly and went to the Westmed in New Rochelle i showed the front desk staff I was actively bleeding blood all over my hand and she disregarded me and stated there was a 3 hour wait and someone can clean me up and I would have to wait. I was turned off cause i don't want anyone touching my hand who is gonna brush me off like the front desk staff did.  I left with my partner and went straight to the Rye location and was treated so nice as soon as got there. The front desk staff registered me quickly and got a RN to clean me up and check me out. I sat back in the waiting room and was called back in right away. Even though New Rochelle is 5 min from home I will just continue to go to the Rye location because of the great service.
