What bothered me most about the visit is that I was told that all my test results were negative and that if I still felt sick in a few days I should see my doctor. I received The an Email stating a test result was in but wasn’t going to look at the test results on the portal because I was told everything was negative. When I checked out the results I was surprised to see that I had COVID. No one from the office called to tell me that I was positive. Or what next steps should be.

Was able to schedule a visit same day for a bump I noticed on my head. The wait was reasonable for an “appointment” in Irgent Care and all clerical staff and medical personnel were pleasant, and efficient. I was able to get an ultrasound in radiology during that same visit and a follow up with the same doctor who ordered it before leaving. I was given a referral after being offered the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted and the was thorough and followed through the next day with a first tentative diagnosis in writing as well as the call with advice to make the appointment with a surgeon who could find out more just so I was able to see if there can be a next course of action. Very pleased with all of the assistance, attention and care all around. Thank you.
