Very rushed. Doctor is nice enough, but The office was closing, but then you should not take the appointment and rush through it and charge us full price. It makes no sense.

I needed an X-ray for my wrist. The staf was friendly and professional, but why did it have to take 3 hours in total?

Dr ortiz was great. radiology was also very easy and quick

With all due respect it took over 2 hours plus to be seen.

Dr Steven’s is the best urgent care Dr.  please do everything you can to keep him

My family’s past two visits to Urgent Care in Rye have not been unsatisfactory. I’ve brought two of my sons there within two weeks for fever, cough, lethargy and body aches. Each time they ran the trifecta of tests: Flu, Strep and Covid; all of which came back negative and we were sent on our way after a quick exam saying - it must be viral. Within days, I had to bring each of them to their pediatrician where they were each diagnosed with walking pneumonia.  I was even told by the PA at Urgent Care that walking pneumonia is not contagious and that my son could not have “caught” it from his brother. It seems that they are so cautious about prescribing antibiotics that both of my kids suffered unnecessarily for days before getting an accurate diagnosis from their pediatrician and the appropriate treatment. I feel that your doctors and PAs should spend more time listening to lungs and also should be appropriately informed on the contagious nature of walking pneumonia.

Amazing service the nurse and the doctor was so amazing. I had a great time and were trying to get to the root of the problem yet they were friendly and fun. I’m glad I got that expierence it was my first urgent care matter. Thank you.

I went to the  WestMed Urgent Care facility in Rye. NY.  The wait time wasn't terrible and the Doctor and nurses who attended to me were excellent

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but yesterday’s experience was exceptional.  From the very caring nurse that started off my visit to Dr. Peter Stevens that took the time to talk to me and explain everything. He was both knowledgeable, empathetic and engaging. So glad I chose to go to your facility. Thank you
