Scheduled the appointment the evening before, once at the center was called within 10.00 minutes. the staff was friendly and caring. Received my test quickly and was on my way to pharmacy in an hour. all was easy and comfortable vist. than you.

Felt ear pain, went online for a next day appointment. Arrived at office 5 minutes earl 254 for my 3 PM, waited. Taken in at 325, quick checkup with nurse. Doctor came in a few minutes later and let me know it was not an infection but coming from my nasal cold. Advised to take an over the counter drug and left, Thanks

I’ve been battling fever 2 days. I decided to get diagnosed. Although I  was a walk in and was told the wait time could be 45-50 minutes I was seen within 30 minutes. Staff was informative and friendly. Dr. Mathai had excellent bedside manner. Overall I was diagnosed with COVID of which I am still recovering from.

Was excited to book an appointment in advance but really don’t think it made any difference. Many people went in who weren’t on the initial waitlist. I waited over an hour to be seen. The pa on duty was outstanding. Felt like she made up for the wait.

Easy to make an appointment but did a walk in earlier due to intensity of issue. Wait time was excessive (almost 2 hours) but would have had to wait at scheduled time as well. The nurse and doctor were very thorough and made me feel at ease. All in all it was a positive experience. And glad I went to Summit Urgent Care and not Citymd.

My daughter woke up with a fever. We were able to schedule an appointment and get her seen that same day. CAWLEY_J_NP Is amazing! Has always been, my children have seen him several times over the years and always know my kids will get the best care.

Best urgent care experience. Dr. Philip Hubel took excellent care of me. He was very thoughtful of my needs and provided the treatments that Oo needed in a caring and professional manner.

My Nurse who took care of me was absolutely the best. She was patient, listen to concerns. She also came in while I was waiting to let me know that will be in shortly. I received a pain shot on my arm, she was so gentle with me.

My daughter and I were waiting for more than 2.5 hours and the nurse comes out saying she will take the people who was waiting longer then she took the ones who just came in because they booked ahead ! Even though I was before them bad experience never again !!
