Doctor? Nurse and additional staff were great’ the wait time was much too long!

I walked in and had about a 30 minute wait. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Turns out I have the flu and medication was sent to my local pharmacy

It was easy to schedule, I booked on Friday for a Saturday morning appointment. Check in was easy and no wait time. Everyone I interacted with was  friendly and knowledgeable   Yes I would recommend this provider

I was really surprised to have to wait in the room as long as I did. And to be left unattended for so long with no reason why the wait. My provider is very good and attentive to my complains but never has enough time and seems to be rushing .

Thank you for squeezing me into your schedule when I called, I woke with pain that wasn’t normal to normal pain tolerance. I was seen and test were done, praying results will be good. I have total confidence of my health in your hands.  I’ve known Dr. Razman for 30+ years as my doctor as well as his colleagues, which I highly recommend.

Even though the wait time was long, the way it was managed was great. I was able to go home, have dinner and was called back right after. Way to go!

Scheduling an appointment was really easy went online the night before and was able to get an appointment early the next morning. Staff was very courteous and explained everything.

Scheduled an appt to assess knee/calf pain. I was worried about blood clot and PE and was very anxious. My wait time was minimal even though they were experiencing seasonal high volume. Front desk associate was very pleasant. The nurse or MA that took my vitals was very pleasant and asked all the right questions. The Provider’s bedside manner was wonderful. She knew just what to say to calm my nerves. Had an Xray and ultrasound. Those techs were also very pleasant and thorough. Results were immediately available and I walked in and out in an hour which is amazing considering all I had done. My pharmacy also texted me before I walked out of the practice to state that they had received my prescription. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this provider to others and actually did send someone over that very afternoon who thanked me for the recommendation due to her own pleasant experience.
