3 days After returning from my trip, I was not feeling well.. I decided to go to Urgent Care- Westmed… I walked in the facility without making an appointment.. the receptionist was very respectful. He asked a few questions, registered me then told me to have a seat. Not long after Nurse Avirtue came and called me in. She was professional in her approach, calm  & respectful. After she did what she had to, she informed me that the doctor would come and see me shortly which he did..Dr Esteban-Galindo spoke to me in very caring & respectful manner.  I would definitely recommend this facility /provider to others.

Scheduling was quick, checking in was easy. The staff were very friendly and professional. Bedside care was good. Prescription was sent right away to my Pharmacy. Very much recommended place to go when sick.

I arrived without an appointment and was called in within half hour. The staff was friendly and professional. The nurse, Arlene was great and Dr. Allyne was very attentive and professional, right away prescribed Xrays to make sure to give the proper diagnosis and the proper care. Thank you

Everyone was very helpful. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind as was the nurse practitioner.

The staff was so amazing and professional.  I felt so comfortable with Lateesha  and Kimberly   I was t sure what I was battling with the fever and chills I was having and they pinpointed everything.  Pleasant from t desk people and radiology  area.  Great crew !!  I would recommend this urgent care any day!!

Very easy to set an appointment on line. Staff is friendly and the wait was a little longer than usually but it was pretty busy. The doctor was excellent. Good bedside manner and thorough!

I woke up with ear and throat pain. I could not use solvent to schedule an urgent care appointment. The app showed that there were in person medical appointments the only option available was COVID. I had to contact Westmed and get a representative to assist with getting an appointment scheduled for 5:30 pm. She was fantastic. Solvent should be updated to ensure that sick patients have a user friendly app to use if that is what Westmed Summit wants patients to utilize.
