My son was sick. Showed all the signs for strep or a virus didn’t even do a strep test. Didn’t do any tests. Said he’d be fine and sent us on our way. Fast forward 2 hours later at his primary care physician, says he either has strep or Covid testing for both!

Poor customer service, understand you were overbooked but have some signage and not so rude and crude, drove all the way to Guthrie and received quality treatment and customer service. Come on Shawnee you are better than that.
