What patients are saying...

Fortunately, the dozens of sick patients were respectful of others enough to wear masks despite the large MASK optional signs displayed, but it was extremely unnerving to have both providers in a small space treat you maskless after seeing/testing so many covid patients. Not only this, but no protective disposable cover was put on the bed I was seated on. What type of place is this!!!? Disgusting. Never again.

I walked into the office shocked to see that no staff wore a mask except for 1 - who only worse it over his mouth even though there are patients coming in with COVID symptoms (such as myself) for testing. This is the ONLY medical appointment that I have gone to since COVID began last year that did not have patients and staff wearing masks. AGAIN, THIS IS A COVID TESTING SITE ALSO! How irresponsible! I had been traveling and had many COVID symptoms so I wanted to make sure I didn't have COVID, The doctor and staff basically blew it off saying asking me why I wanted to find out if I had COVID even though I had many of the symptoms! The doctor even said, well if you're vaccinated (which I am) and do have it, you will be fine. Seriously?!?! He acted like he didn't even want to test me but had no problem in doing it so he could charge me money for doing so.

Winding Cross doctors refused to see even me. They didn’t even have any other patients there. Unethical doctors!

I cannot say how grateful I am for the care I received from Doctors Kazanov and Wagner, the assistant as well. They care and do their very best to get you the help you need in a timely manner. I will continue to go there if no appointments are available at my insurance facility. I wish I could go there all the time! Thank you again. Emily J Friend

Wasn’t allowed to enter even though it was 15 minutes before they closed because there were already people waiting and they weren’t going to be able to leave in time. Sorry but if your posted hours say one thing, you should stick to that.
