I’ve been fighting being sick off and on for a week or so and decided to go to the dr on a Sunday. So glad I did, bc I am already starting to feel better. I was in and out very quickly, with hardly any wait and the staff were all very friendly.

Everyone was very polite from the moment I walked in, until it was time to leave. Super fast wait time. Was in and out in less than 30 min!

Scheduling is usually pretty easy. Waiting for a scheduled appointment while walk-ins go in front of you does not make sense. I understand triage, however it is very frustrating when you make an appointment and have to wait a long time to be seen.

Camt send my prescription to the pharmacy, second trip to the pharmacy! Had to go back to them so they can resend it and the send only half of it! Not even the correct medicine! I got a shot of steroid yesterday for the same reason i didn’t wanna take the capsules and they sent the capsules! They never picked up the phone two days straight calling and no answer or a call back.

Appointment Friday and let the provider know I was traveling on business Sunday and that I took last Adderall that day.   I’m Senior Manager of Compliance, Tisk & Controls and attending a strategy session… During my travel.  At no time was I told up to 48hr for RX processing, otherwise I could have provided pharmacy in North Carolina vs normal TX location.    The Provider was great and knowledgeable.  The lack of attention to detail or care for patient’s needs seems typical for this facility.   Have encountered this with more than one provider.

Woke up not feeling the best was able to book an appointment online once I got there I was able to see the doctor within 30 minutes

Didn’t feel that the PA was very personable. My son has a serious rash from what we think is poison oak. It is spreading over his body. The PA only looked at his arm. Was happy that she did do a steroid shot and medicine for his heartburn.

Quite a long wait but still very good experience. Scheduling and rescheduling was easy. Staff was polite and efficient. Front desk greeted me and checked me in quickly. Dr pierce has great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly walked me through my options. I left feeling well taken care of and satisfied. I definitely recommend this provider.

I scheduled an appt for the next day- the app said there was a time available at 8:00 am.  I showed up and there was a sign on the door that the office was closed for Christmas Eve.  I emailed the office and left my concerns.  30 minutes later Dr Holland calls me and says she sorry and how she could help me.  I gave her my symptoms over the phone, she called in a prescription for me.  I really appreciate the phone call.  Disappointed the app is not in sync with Dr office hours.

I made an appt but still had to wait 2 hours. I don't think they should offer appointments if you just have to wait in line with all the walk ins. Once I was seen, the NP was nice and very quick before being pulled by another PA for a favor. At least I got antibiotics and hopefully will be feeling better soon.
