I was able to get an apt with ease. Once I arrived the staff were timely and got me in and out in less than an hour. I received exceptional care where the nurses listened attentively and heard all my concerns- even when my own primary care doctor didn’t.

Scheduling and wait time were both easy and prompt. The NP was engaging and did a thorough exam with understandable medical terms and assessment. The area was very clean and well set up and the only problem was any time the entrance door opened, the cold air came into reception area. Would definitely recommend this provider.

Loved everything about the place. You can walk in, but can also conveniently book on line.  The had an X-ray and a tech on until office closure (which apparently isn’t common at other urgent cares). Tanya, NP was so knowledgeable, professional and thorough

I came in for ear wax removal and it was a waste of my time. The NP did her best but the absence of advanced procedures ( suction) resulted in my leaving without any resolution. I do not think I and my insurance carrier should have to pay for a visit due to your company’s inadequate resources.

I went to work and was having a terrible sinus headache and earache. I work in Woburn and never been here but I looked up "urgicare near me"online - clicked the link, followed the check in instructions while in parking lot at my job. They list open appointment times (there were a lot- spanning from 20 mins from then to 6pm). It was a 15 min drive so I chose the first appointment. They send a text prompting you to "check in" when you arrive by clicking a link. I did. I walk in - it's clean. The receptionist expected me. I went straight back. I was seen right away by a friendly, knowledgeable Dr. Almeida. She listened and was very easy to talk to. Honestly, I wish I had a pcp like her. She answered all my questions & I never felt rushed. I was out within 20 mins, had a prescription called in and a medical note for work. It's too bad that this is far from my home bc it's SO easy- from start to finish. No long wait, no rushed medical professionals, very smart staff with excellent bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend!
