I went in with COVID symptoms and was not tested for it at all or even for the flu. I was given medicine for a bacterial infection and told to come back in 10 days if I still felt awful? Took an at home COVID test the next day and got back a positive within under five minutes. That’s a very fast positive. Now my roommate and her underage immonu-compromised child have it, as well as my grandmother possibly being in the run to get it now when she just recovered from being a COVID longhauler. A family friend that is in heavy drug withdrawal has it from me, and she will pass it on to her VERY ill grandmother also. This all could have been avoided but I was told that he was almost certain I didn’t have COVID and didn’t even need testing. And now to top it off I have tried contacting multiple times during work hours and received text messages saying that I called outside of the alloted time. I now have meds that I don’t need and will not help me.

Had a great experience. Staff were friendly and professional. The doctor was great and listened to my son, we were patched up well and ready to go quickly!

It was as pleasant an experience as a visit to an urgent care can be expected to be. The stitches have been removed and the scar doesn't look like it will be much of anything. Thank you Steck!

I would avoid going to their Urgent Care Clinic unless you want to sit and listen to the PA and staff vent about patients while you wait to be seen. I overheard PA-C Barker say, “It’s amazing people are dumb enough to believe that sh*t is real.” when referring to COVID-19. What do you think you are testing for when you provide COVID tests? It’s also not nice to joke about your co-worker having dementia, or to joke about dementia at all for that matter. Also, to the nurse/support staff complaining about people honking- They aren’t honking at YOU because they are impatient. They are honking because you require them to fill out paperwork in their car, and it’s very difficult not to honk while using your steering wheel as a writing surface.

Her name was Rachael and I think she is why this medical facility is going bankrupt. They told me at the front desk that they wouldnt be able to help him if it was tooth related. She asked if he was bitten by a spider. I said I didnt know. So i explain that i didnt think it was tooth because it wasnt really hurting him but I didnt know.. so Rachael calls us in and she tells me the same thing and I said I understand.. she then snaps at me that I'm going to get a BIG FAT bill. I was a bit snarky and said I'm not getting no bill.. after all it's my brother being seen. She then looks at bill and said whatever to him and continued to be very rude.. I then said "I have never in my life been treated this way by a nurse" (my guess is she isnt a nurse) like this. She then tells me that I can just leave because I wasnt the patient. She then storms out and I hear her telling whatever.. so then my brother who is developmentally slow Says "maybe we should go. my tooth was hurting a few days ago".. so we walked out and she was out there and I said were going where we are treated better and I opened the door to the lobby and she tells me to get out or she is calling the cops with people in the lobby.. I just laughed.. what was she calling them for?? Cuz I was leaving?? They wont ever get my business again So here I sit at Valley View where we are treated right. Our doctor isnt in on Fridays

I showed up for my appointment today only to find a sign on the door stating the clinic was permanently closed! I called the clinic asking why they did not bother contacting me; their response was they did not send out notifications. They said I could come in to their other office now for my appointments. Not going to happen for a couple of reasons: Obviously they are untrustworthy and for a medical office that is scary and unacceptable. Also why would I want to drive an extra 20 miles.
