Dont bother to make an appointment! After waiting for 40 minutes( 30 minutes beyond my “appointment” I questioned the receptionist and she basically shrugged her should and informed me that my name is on top “ but who know when we’ll be able to get you in” well, 30 minutes later ( that’s an hour after my appointment) and two more clients after me( so I guess my name wasn’t on top!) I finally had my visit. Their only saving grace is Alison the tech who took care of me, no matter how grumpy I was she continued smiling and being gracious. Thank you Alison.
