Great experience at the urgent care today. Madi at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I was roomed right away and tests running. Nurse Amy was friendly and professional. Nurse Heather went above and beyond to come let me know that it had started to rain because she knew I had ridden a scooter to the clinic. The provider Amy was fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall a great experience. Would get sick again. 10/10.

I had the worst experience ever, the girl that checked me in wasn't friendly at all didn't want to help or anything. I want for a drug test, she claims she didn't have a email stating that she could proceed with the check in, so she asked me to forward the copy of my email to her, I tried doing it, it wasn't going through it took me over 30 minutes trying to send her that email I still couldn't get it sent, I just give up ,went out and call my employer he told me she (MNU) should have that same email, I told her what they told me but she still said she didn't have it, so he tried to send it back still didn't receive her copy she said.but anyways I send her a copy of mine again, she receive that one, but didn't even acknowledge that she received or anything I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for her to say I got the email. I finally asked her if she received it she said oo yes I did, then she sings me in it took about 30 minutes before I got call in, it was my worst experience ever, it took me two hours to get a drug test done, she was ridiculous. All the extra 30 minutes I was sitting there nobody acknowledge me to say I got you check in somebody will be right with you nothing like that, it wasn't good to say the least. Will never return

The nurse practitioner was extremely nice and the doctor always is. The receptionist however was extremely rude. She practically rolled her eyes when we came up to the desk, was very shirt with us both when we registered and when we left. Again, everyone else was very kind. We have been through a lot, so one person can make a huge difference. It also didnt take much time at all and they still we very thorough in the exam room.

The practitioner was rude with poor bedside manner.

I had to pay 217 for a doctor to give me Google information and not actually fix the problem. Not sure why I had to pay for that when nothing even happened with my problem

I went in for a covid test because I woke up feeling really ill. It was supposed to take 15 minutes to get the results for the test and I was prepared to wait for like an hour. But, my visit took 4 hours from start to finish! I'm sick, and it took everything in me to be able to sit in a chair until I was called back, and had to sit for almost another hour. I have family who have been other places to get tested and the wait time wasn't near that long. I've learned my lesson though, I will not be coming back to this place.
