Very personable staff! I’ve gone here a few times and today was the best experience. Urgentcares almost always have a wait time regardless if you made an appointment, especially if you go when they first open. Customer service and reception are a part of my daily job, so I understand what it’s like to be behind the desk. Regardless of how busy they were everyone took the time to have a personable conversation while also getting you looked at. Made the world of a difference today for me.

Made a same day appointment and my first time visiting. Staff were caring and professional and asked great questions to completely understand why I was there. Top notch staff and a place I highly recommend.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

My son had a sore throat and he was really uncomfortable. Luckily I was able to to get in within the hour for an appt. The newer receptionist is so very pleasant and it makes such a difference in the atmosphere. The staff tonight were all friendly and kind and addressed all necessary. I’m always pretty happy with our visits here other than your person at the desk that can seem bothered. I love the new gal.Thank you!

If I wanted to know a natural or supplements to take I could have asked the pharmacist!   The APRN said to go to an ENT doctor for care and I told her I had to wait 3 months to get in!  She really did not care to help me!  She made me feel like a complete fool for going there for help!  I always had great care before this time!  I will never go back again.

3rd visit in 2 weeks and was the best experience of the 3.  PA Amanda was very knowledgeable and pleasant.  She actively listened to me about my past visits and set out a new game plan to finally get this infection taken care of.
