I arrived with my 94 year old mother who did not have her new insurance card. I was helped by Zach who patiently explained what was needed. Getting a copy of her letter saying she was insured and information from the insurance company by phone we were able to resolve the issue. I’m very appreciative of the professional and patient assistance I was given.

I am very disappointed that I wasted my time going to this office for my symptoms. My condition was very serious so I should have just gone to the ER, but that was not what affected my experience. I came the office for a 9:30 appointment and I was the only person in the office. I arrived early and was put into a room fairly quickly. Since I was complaining of pain in my abdomen they took a urine sample to process. After leaving me for 20 minutes I was told they needed a test for the flu and Covid. I was there for pain in my abdomem, so I found that completely ridiculous. I think they just wanted a way to bill more to my insurance company. I then waited for another 30 minutes, it is now 10:30 and I have not seen a doctor. However, she did have time to sit at her desk and eat. I finally went to the front desk and asked if anyone was going to see me and the PA came in. Her diagnosis was completely wrong, but I cannot fault her for that since she was not able to do any imaging. The entire experience was horrible. There was no respect for me or my time. I will not be coming back.

Quite frustrating. When you make an appointment for 6PM but don’t get taken back until 7:30. The office is definitely understaffed. The employees are so kind but you can tell they are tired. I don’t think I will be coming back here until I know the staff is better taken care of.

After 20 days of a virus finally felt like I was listened to and cared for properly. Mariana actually listened and was.professional and really knew her atuff. ( PLEASE NOTE....my previous visit 10 days ago was not a positive one...had it been I likely would not have needed to return today) she is a wonderful PA....I am a retired nurse and was very impressed with her skills
