There was no X-ray tech available and had to go somewhere else for X-ray. The worst bandaging done.

My son was hurt playing basketball he needed stitches Nicholes the Physician Assistant was great..!! Awesome bed side manner 🙂It’s was great helping the Physician Assistant while he was surcharging my son’s lip Nicholes the Physician Assistant was asking questions about my work experience I explained that I worked NEMG & that I am a Medical Assistant & I didn’t mind helping him… Besides I feel like it took the edge off of my son. Nicholes the Physician Assistant held my son accountable making sure he understood the post-op instructions for having stitches. It was great helping the Physician Assistant. 🙂

I can not recommend the new urgent care clinic near Whole Foods enough. What a fantastic experience. Made an appt online that afternoon. Waited just a few minutes. Brand new clean facility. Friendly staff who seem happy to be there. All my registration preloaded and ready when I got there. A very friendly and knowledgeable NP who knew exactly what my issue was. Ordered an Rx to my pharmacy before I even walked out the door. This will be my “go to” place should I need it again.

I wanted to be checked for the flu and Covid because of exposure to both and was experiencing a post nasal drip and cough.  Lovely facility.  I was seen quite quickly.  Competent and friendly nurse.  PA was thorough and also lovely.  Will visit this urgent care again.

I had great care provided by all staff members from the moment I walked in at the front desk to when I left! They staff were all so friendly, kind, and helpful. The tech and the PA Nicolas were extremely kind, both listened to my concerns and were very informative and collaborative with me about the plan of care I felt comfortable with.

Very nice convenient and clean site. Staff is very warm and friendly. There was an issue today and someone probably should’ve let me know because I sat in the exam room forever. The doctor was great! She answered all my questions and got me set up with the proper meds.

Was able to book an appointment the same day that I called in. Wait time was a bit long. Service was professional, friendly and welcoming. All my issues were addressed.
