We arrived at 1:45pm with no one in the waiting room and were not seen for 2 hours because people walked in after us with appointments. What’s the point of a walk in if you take appointments?

Made a morning appointment for my daughter and I to be seen. Showed up on time, and by the time we were seen by the nurse, then got tested and seen by the doctor, we walked out 2 hours later!! Then I was told to wait in the lobby so I can get doctors note for my daughters school, I waited for 10 minutes, turns out no one was doing. Finally when I asked about it, they took care of it right away. I was very disappointed with the visit since we have never had any issues in the past.

Today my son was seen at the newtown location. We made a morning appointment and once we checked in, he was seen right away. Between getting his vitals, tested for flu, strep, rsv and strep, and seen by the doctor, we walked out with our results within an hour of being there. Very happy with todays visit.
