I woke up not feeling well after being up all night, fever and chills, coughing and sneezing. My husband came home from the doctor's office and found out he had COVID. Dr said to send me in to get checked. I got an appointment almost immediately, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable, the Doctor was terrific, told me I have COVID and explained everything since this is my first time having it. I would definitely recommend this provider and her staff, they are wonderful 👍

Still waiting an hour and a half later after having an appointment. Haven’t seen the PA since I was told there is no doctor on duty. The technician who took my vitals was great. Front receptionist is so miserable.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Very professional office. Personnel was friendly, and wait time surprised me as being fast. I highly recommend this place for those in need of medical issues

It was a slow weekday morning but I still waited over an hour for a very simple procedure. I should have been in and out. Instead I sat in a room with no word from the staff until I came out to ask where everyone was. Even after the doctor saw me (less than 5 minutes) no one else came as I was told they would.

I'm baffled by why it took so long for my son to be seen today. I made an appointment online, filled out the forms ahead of time and arrived 10 minutes early. There was just one other patient in the waiting room and not many cars in the lot. We were taken to the room at the scheduled time and waited for 40 minutes In a hot room with a restless toddler. The front desk person was kind and brought him a snack. The provider recommended no antibiotics but then when leaving said "I'll get you your script I'll be right back." Which was confusing. So we waited again until I left and discovered the discharge summary was at the front desk and maybe she wasn't going to come back to our room? It was a really inefficient experience and I'm frustrated especially since we made an appointment and there was only only other patient.

First time here. I’m hearing impaired, so the staff was patient with my “what was that?” and took off their masks so I could read their lips. That’s greatly appreciated! Wait was long, I have to be honest. Both staff and doc were friendly. If I need a doc in the future, I’ll go back.

So slow, took forever. I made an appointment and still had to wait a long time. Provider I saw was condescending and not sympathetic towards my syndromes. Just said called in prescriptions and didn’t tell me the medications except the antibiotics. It took over 2 hours for the visit, unacceptable.

The secretary was very nice. However, I had an appointment and waited over an hour to be placed in room. I then waited an additional 20 mins to be seen. The doctor barely looked at me, did not answer any of my questions and proceeded to cut me off and tell me to go to the ER if I want. Worst experience for any type of visit ever. I caution anyone attempting to have a child seen here.
