Worst place ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Wife walked in and she was very discriminated. She called and asked if she can come in 20 mins before they were closed. When my wife walked in two girls were looking at eachother laughing. My wife asked is it possible if i can see a physican? One of the girls walked away for 3 seconds came back and said they have clients waiting so they cant take my wife in, but there was no one waiting. This place is a joke and should shut down. She was in alot of pain and looking for help and instead of helping they turned her down. I've never experienced such heartless act.

There was hardly any wait time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor James is personable and proficient. He knows what he is doing, and takes time to explain and listen.

The staff treated my son very well. He is a special needs child. He has Autism and they were very accommodating and understanding. I appreciate it. They tried their best to work with him.

I did not like having fill out my own information. There were 3 girls at the desk doing nothing. Once I filled the info at the desk and then had to fill out more of the same stuff on my phone. Nonsense. I have no clue what the cost was, that's not right. Wait time was fine. Dr. James is awesome.

It wasn't a pleasant visit; the front office staff are cold and indifferent, they don't acknowledge you when they talk to you, you will just hear someone screaming from behind a computer screen and Plexi glass, and you'll have to wonder if they are calling for you. The Nurse wouldn't even offer to help me with my baby's car seat and completely ignored that I was having a hard time juggling my screaming 8 month old and the bringing his car seat from the waiting room, nothing just a cold human of a nurse, I literally had to be rude and tell her I didn't want her handling my baby and I would like to deal with someone else, the next lady who came was actually Physician Assistant, and was much more warm and pleasant to work with, I told her I think my little boy has an ear infection, she confirmed that was the case. I give her 4 Stars only because she sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was closed. Otherwise she was on point.

This was my second clumsy incident in two weeks requiring stitches and the subsequent removal thereof. The staff has been warm, welcoming, and friendly. And the doctor, who has treated me in 3 of my 4 visits, and I hav jokingly agreed to “stop meeting this way.” The staff there really has been great, and - much as I appreciate their help - I really don’t want to see them again, if possible.

I think my ratings above tell the reader all he/she needs to know. The staff is warm, friendly, comperent. In fact I was planning to take my wife to the hospital after meeting with the Urgent Care's staff. But this staff is so compatent that visiting the hospital was unnecessary.
