Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

I was turned away with severe back pain without a referral or any helpful recommendations. I felt like I was being accused of faking or committing some type of fraud. One of the most humiliating experiences I’ve had. The medical assistant was cold, callous, and dismissive. The receptionist however was an absolute doll.

Went in to get checked for strep. It came out negative. I was given two pills of prednisone and a bottle of cough meds with Tylenol. Started taking meds at 4:00pm, got no relief. By bedtime I was feeling worse. I couldn’t swallow, and had trouble sleeping. Called back to the PA, told him I was worse and have I a picture of the back of my throat, that now looks like strep. He said he didn’t have time to look at my picture. I could however come back and get tested a second time. I don’t think I should have to go back and be charged a second time for a common illness. Most people don’t have the money to go back to the doctor for something so simple as strep, if he had taken the time to look at the picture he would have been able to see and prescribe the proper medication.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly both at the beginning and end of my visit. I understand there is usually a wait at an urgent care facility for a walk-in appointment, and was anticipating that. But after they brought me back and took my vitals, they left me alone in the room for 40 minutes without an update. I honestly thought they forgot I was there. When I did see the provider, I found him to be rude and unprofessional. After examining my painful ear he exclaimed “oh my god!” without any further explanation until I explicitly asked him what he was exclaiming about, which I felt was a profoundly inappropriate approach to examining people who are unwell and potentially anxious. He gave me vague, brief answers and was dismissive and sarcastic when I asked follow-up questions about what was going on and what he was prescribing. When he came out to give me the information at the end, he simply handed it to me and walked away. Didn’t provide further instruction, didn’t ask if I had any questions. Not impressed.

Came in for a Covid test for traveling, not due to feeling sick. Made an appointment, seen within a few minutes of my appointment time, very friendly and efficient staff and process, they explained how the results would come in via email etc.
