Went in with a bad sore throat/head cold.  The check-in person and the actual doctor (Heather) were very pleasant and helpful.  The nurse who initially took me in could work on her bedside manner - perhaps she was having a bad day but I felt she was rude, curt, and dismissive of me as a patient.

I had come down with an upper respiratory cold that only worsened and I was easily able to schedule my appt. on my Solv Health App the day prior as well as go over all necessary paperwork. I checked in at the desk the next day 15 mins. prior (as asked) and they took me in right away, even before my appt. time. Staff was super friendly as usual, and I was in and out within half an hour.
