Erik was excellent.  He was caring, compassionate and professional. I felt he had knowledge of my situation and knew how to handle it.

My son's sore throat got worse in the morning. My husband took him without booking an appointment. It was busy and had to wait a bit. However it was understandable with the amount of people. Staff is pleasant and excellent bed side manner.

I've been sick going on 3 weeks and the infection spread to my eye which finally made me go in. Every aspect of this place is normally great but this time I felt as though it was a complete waste of time because I could recieve a script to help me get rid of this sinus infection. I did get eye drops. Great. No doctors note for work like I asked and no script for the big issue being the onging sinus infection I can't seem to shake. Complete waste of my time and I can't believe you would charge for a visit like that

Return of UTI high white cell count and blood in urine. Needed full 7 to 10 days of antibiotics for this reoccurring infection.

Hello - From start to finish this was the smoothest process for a brand new patient to the hospital. I went to another Urgent care location, thinking it would be quicker, but I am so thankful I walked out of that location and walked into York Hospital in Sanford. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses, X-Ray Nurse plus walking out they even said, “Have a great day.” Truly thank you all for your hard work - I would highly recommend this experience to anyone that is in need. #MuchLove

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have York Hospitals Walk-in Care here in Sanford.

Overall visit was good with the medical attention friendly, knowledgeable and prompt enough. Good experience overall. My checkin could have been improved in having the receptionist (2 individuals) check me in rather than ask me to use the kiosk, when there was no customers in line or there actually. It was missed opportunity for some customer contact. Impersonal

Me and my kids have been sick so this morning got up and we all went to quick care they told me when I walked it it was going to be about n hour wait I told them it was fine I didn’t mind waiting we only waited about 30 minutes the staff is always so amazing any time I go here staff listens very closely and makes sure to cover everything they are amazing we was in and out in a hour you guys are amazing keep up the good work highly recommend them
