Staff was friendly, but I feel like I wasted my time. Was coughing up thick green mucus and was told to just keep taking DayQuil. Didn’t need a doctor to tell me that.

I was disappointed with the care I received. the front desk and MA were great. The provider I had was extremely condescending and didn’t make me feel at ease. I tried explaining to the provider that I was coming in to be preventative, trying to get ahead of a situation with the symptoms I was having which was low grade fever and a little bit of breathing issues that would sometimes go into a slight cough but not a persistent cough. I have a baby and an elderly woman that live with me I just wanted to make sure I was okay. He basically said to me in layman’s terms that me coming there was a waste and I shouldn’t be worried about Covid or the flu with a baby and my grandmother. I was really upset by that and after I tested negative for all those things he told me that I was “objectively sick”. He told me he was prescribing me medications that he would if I tested positive. He gave a work note for 3 days, cough medicine for a cough I didn’t have and Tylenol. I understand my symptoms were so early it’s hard to truly diagnosis but I felt no compassion or understanding on why I came in and felt rushed out since it was towards the end of the night. I truly appreciate the care I have received in the past at your docs in but I know from now on when and if I need to come back to ask if that provider is working if he is I’m not coming back and I will not recommend anyone going to see him if he is there. Thank you for you time.

I woke up with a bad toothache. I was in a lot of pain and prone to absesse, so I knew not to put off getting an antibiotic. Your Docs In, opens at 8am. I got my friend to drive me and we got there at 7:50am. They opened promptly. There were 2 people before me and I waited only 10 mins from the time I finished the sign in paperwork. The Nurse Practitioner came in to see me right away, diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way to the pharmacy. I truly thank God for these type of medical facilities. I am diagnosed with severest ptsd and there are many reasons why this type of facility is more convenient and preferred. Staff was great. I am truly grateful fir their service and wish them the very best!

I had to come get a TB shot for my job and front staff made it so easy and was friendly and polite and a smile to go along with it.

I had been having difficulties with breathing due to allergy induced asthma. Saturday and Sunday I found that using the nebulizer was not helping my breathing. My husband and I came to a decision to not go to the emergency room unless absolutely necessary. I made it through the night and booked an online appointment for the soonest possible one. I was online at 8am and was able to book an appointment for 9:30 am. Everything went well.
