went in to hav lacceration looked at. the nurse took the bandage off to quickly. it was already sore when I went in, but it was throbbing when I left.

Maryann (Dr) was superb.   And the radiologist who did the triage was also.  The gentleman at the front desk was good busy but was doing his best. They seemed very understaffed. The place needs a good cleaning

It was just an all around terrible event, I was told on the phone I could just come in and I'd be seen accordingly and it was a totally different story when I arrived. After 2.5 hrs I was finally seen and there was only one really nice person in that building and she will go unnamed she knows who she is. I will never come back

Visit for my Uncle was perfect, receptionist was very professional and courteous, MA, doctor and RT, were great as well, very thorough.

Never again will I go to a YDI.. The Dr never recommended follow-up with an MRI or a neurologist, if not better. Basically, she just said well take these medications, and good luck better."" She had the bed side manner of a serial killer. Complete waste of time.

The provider was amazing. Very happy with her bedside manner and her efficiency on solving my daughter’s issue today.

from the minute I arrived, I was treated exceptionally and the kindness and care was given the entire time. The nurse practitioner was very kind and knowledgeable.

The doctor I saw was terrific. I was having breathing problems and exhaustion and told her I was concerned because I have COPD. She recognized the medications I take and prescribed low doses of two things I could take that would not interfere with them. She was cheerful to work with and very efficient. I would certainly recommend her.

Scheduled a same-day appointment and there were many openings available. Arrived at 1:30 for a 1:30 appointment, but was not seen until 2:30. Spent the usual five minutes with the nurse/medical assistant, and then waited another 20 minutes until about 2:50 PM before the provider saw me. Have they called me and said they were running an hour behind, I could’ve easily adjusted my day and shown up at 2:30.

I went there to have stitches removed and today I found a stich still in my lip
