This was probably the worst time that I have ever been there. The doctor was absolutely terrible and didn’t know what he was doing. He scheduled be a blood test and got me medicine at pharmacy but I told him I wanted to wait to find out my results before I pick up my medicine then he ridiculed me saying I’m refusing treatment.  Absolutely terrible experience.  Believe it was Michael bush.  Terrible doctor should just be taking out trash and sweeping the parking lot.

The healthcare provider doing my COVID test was outstanding she was gentle with my deviated septum. I had been avoiding COVID testing fearing complications with my deviated septum but she did perfect I didn’t even sneeze!

Everything went well. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr was professional with good bedside manner.

I was a walk-in that came in with a cough and was seen rather quickly. Staff was very friendly and  cordial. I would say the lobby could use some new paint and lights. It seems kind of dark but ultimately it was a fine visit.

Second time taking my daughter. The staff loves her and caters to our needs with ease. Our practitioner was amazing she even gave my baby a mini physical so she could explore the tools. 10/10 love this place!

I needed to be seen quickly and I knew I wouldn’t get an appointment easily at my primary care so I booked at Your Docs In. So easy to schedule an appointment, showed up early, filled out the paperwork and was seen shortly afterwards. Very kind and thorough staff. Answered all my questions. In and out in less than an hour. Definitely would comeback if needed.

I went at 11:15 did not schedule ahead. But really long wait.  45 min in waiting room; 45 min in next room before nurse practitioner came in.  But I was happy with result.

I was treated last week for a viral infection and I continued to feel worse! Everyone at the Med Center was great! They were very thorough and attentive!

I went due to sore throat, white pustules, thick nasal discharge and a swollen uvula. I thought I would need an antibiotic. The NP ordered prednisone and said it was most likely viral. I don’t really agree not having an antibiotic but we’ll see how it goes. I won’t be happy at all if this doesn’t work and I have to pay for another visit.

Was seen for an extremely painful frozen shoulder. Scheduling online was convenient and easy. Liked that I could compare available times between two local offices to secure the soonest appointment possible. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful with the exception of an older lady at the front desk who seemed bothered and unhappy to be there. Only cleanliness issue I noticed is the poor condition of the chairs in waiting area that were worn, torn and had plenty of places for an accumulation of germs. Thank you for caring about my observations.
