IF I COULD GIVE THIS NO STARS I WOULD!!!! This place is horrible and I definitely do NOT recommend going there. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, however what it the point of having patients sign a form understanding the wait time when it's not factual. I signed a paper stating it would be a 30-60 minute wait time and I was there for 2.5 hours before even being seen. If I wasn't hurt at work and able to go to whatever doctor I choose I definitely would NOT have waited there that long. Absolutely ridiculous and I have never experienced anything like this before!!!

points 22 minutes ago Sun Coast is the best place to go. Staff is professional and courteous. I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. The wait may be long but once you are called you get the best care possible. I highly recommend Sun Coast.

Awful, no social distancing in a clinic that does covid testing. 3 hour wait. Kept telling me I was next but I wasn't. Run away nothing urgent about this place!

Front desk staff was rude, wait time of 3 hours is unacceptable!! The clinic is used for all Hernando county workmans comp claims and 15 people ahead of me were not in pain!! Triage would have been an immense help!! Will never go back they suck!! the only nice person was the doctor.

There is nothing urgent about this place. The staff acts as if it’s a bother to check you in or even to answer any questions. They are rude and very unprofessional, completely unacceptable.

Suncoast urgent health care in Springhill on mariner and North Cliff is a joke the receptionists upfront are horrible they are the most uncompassionate people who stand around gossiping about their patients talking on their phones and are downright ignorant they don’t like their job or want anything to do with the public they shouldn’t be working there the doctors there are great if you can ever get into see them the staff are rude unprofessional and I will never go back to this establishment clearly whoever wrote the last two comments works for Suncoast healthcare because this place should be shut down i drove to the trinity location when the staff there is professional and clearly cares about their patients the Springhill office should take a look at How a professional doctors office should be run stay far away from the springhill office!

Went for covid testing on 06/29/20. Was told it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Was nearly 6 hours! The nurse that called me it was extremely rude, unprofessional and snapped at me when I asked her a simple question. Made me feel like a piece of crap. Only bright side was the doctor that performed the test, he was awesome. I will never return to this place after that horrible experience!

Spring hill Mariners bvld I came here on june 7th 2020 and needed to take a COVID 19 TEST. I WAS TOLD TO TAKE A BLOOD AND MUCUS TEST! I TOOK THESE TEST GAVE blood etc . Today is june 18th I revieve a call from a Sue and she stated to me that they LOST MY specimen, I called them almost daily for 2weeks they knew they lost the test but did not say anything u till I started leaving them messages . After she stated that they lost the test she DID NOT WANT TO TALk ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN JUST STAtING IT WAS LOST AND SUDDENLY JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE dude! I called back to see what was going on and was sent to a answering machine ! After repeated calls they final answered phone nasty stating that this was NOT THEIR PROBlEM BLAMING A LAB ERROR ! Stating to me to come back in to take another test ...I Called my insurance company and they charged my insurance company for the TEST!!these people are the WORST PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I HAVE ALREADY requested my insurance company NOT TO PAY THIS SCAMMING CON PANY ANYTHING ! Please do not HERE

This is the most unproffessional and SLOWEST urgent care. The term URGENT and CARE do not describe in any way the experience our family had with this facility.
