Love POD. The staff is friendly and professional. No long waiting times. I love the aesthetic of the waiting and patient rooms. It’s posh but kid friendly. The nurses are amazing. Highly recommend 10/10.

I’m generally not a fan of urgent care facilities. I usually find that they tend to lack accuracy in their diagnosis. So when my 3 year old needed to be seen today, I searched for a pediatric specific urgent care facility. I could not be happier that I came across Pediatrics On Demand. Their staff was phenomenal. You’re greeted with a smile and you can tell they genuinely care about your child’s wellbeing. The staff went above and beyond for my little boy. They are also very knowledgeable and I am 100% confident in the diagnosis and treatment suggestion. The waiting room and patient rooms are very welcoming for kiddos. They even treated him and his sister to a popsicle while we waited for test results. I can’t recommend this facility strongly enough. Pediatrics On Demand will be the go to for my children when we can’t get in to see their pediatrician for whatever reason. You guys have more than earned my business. Thank you.

A wonderful experience!! From my initial phone inquiry to the wait to be seen and the amazing attention! We felt heard and treated with compassion and kindness.  The attention to detail and bedside manner were exceptional! I would definitely recommend!

My 9yo hurt his ankle and I called to see if POD could do a last minute x-ray- they took us right away and had outstanding bedside manner! The entire staff was very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

My daughter came in for what I thought was an allergic reaction. When we arrived the nurse came straight to the front to check her vitals. Before we even finished paperwork they already gave her a dose of steroids. They really made her feel so comfortable offering her snacks and a popsicle. Pediatrics on the demand really are the sweetest and best group around! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💕

Was able to pick from various appointment times. Every time we go, we are met with so much kindness. The office is pristine and we can’t say enough good about the staff! The staff works diligently to keep the atmosphere fun and positive for sick kiddos. We love them!

I made an appointment with local POD. Making appointments is so easy but you can also just walk in. Wait time is very minimal. The office smells amazing and is so clean. Every single staff member greets you with a smile. This is our second time using the clinic and she came in saying she remembered us and I thought that made our experience much more personal. I can not say enough AMAZING things about the clinic and staff. So blessed to have them in Mandeville. They also text messaged us two days later to make sure she was doing better. How sweet is that!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My son had 103 fever and has not been feeling good for a few days. Everything was perfect from the waiting room staff, to the providers in the back. They were so patient and kind not only to our son, but to my husband and I as well. They gave him snacks and a popsicle to help him feel better great bedside manner, and they gave me a peace of mind as a mother. 10-10 recommend, and we will definitely be back next time he is sick!

Pediatrics on Demand provided exceptional care when my daughter injured her elbow. Initially, we visited a different urgent care center where they declined to perform an X-ray and misdiagnosed the injury as muscle whiplash. Despite being sent home, my daughter continued to experience unusual pain. We then sought care at Pediatrics on Demand, where they immediately conducted X-rays, properly diagnosed a broken elbow, and applied a cast. They also referred us to a pediatric orthopedic specialist. The previous urgent care left my child with unnecessary pain and potential for further damage by misjudging the severity of the injury. In contrast, Pediatrics on Demand not only got the diagnosis right but also exhibited outstanding professionalism and compassion. They ensured both my child and I felt at ease throughout the process. They even thoughtfully administered ibuprofen before the X-ray to ease potential discomfort. The facility was calm and welcoming, which helped alleviate my anxiety. With games to entertain and a treat for my child at the end, the experience was made as comfortable as possible. I am thoroughly impressed with the high-quality service and will definitely return should the need arise.
