Extremely rude staff at Irving location. Owner’s name is Irfan Aziz and the contact number is his. Don’t believe a word they advertise or say in the office about getting your test back within 24 hours. It’s been over 48 hours since I took PCR test, and I needed my results by then. I understand all places are slammed right now with the amount of traffic they are getting, and I do feel for them. So, I texted the number they told me to text if I hadn’t received my results within 24 hours (photo attached is the board they have in their office). **Update: their site was updated guaranteeing results within 24-48 hours** 1st text: “Hi I have not received my COVID results yet. When should I be expecting it? [with my name, DOB, and location tested at (Irving btw)].” 2nd text: “Hello - I understand you all may be busy but I really need my test by tomorrow... Please let me know if I will be able to receive it in time or if I need to make arrangements and if so, when would I get the results by?? Thanks” Called them multiple times - no answer. Voice mail is full as well, and keep in mind, I can see from my phone that they are reading my texts since they have their read receipts on. So they very well just chose to ignore me. Texted again this morning. Still no reply. I only needed to know when to expect my test by - the least they could do is respond. TLDR; Pretty sure the place is a scam.Save yourself the time and trouble.
